All cancellation fees are calculated based on the total amount of your booking.
The following cancellation fees apply to all bookings

The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total amount of your booking, including taxes and any additional services.
The timeframe is calculated from the moment you cancel to your scheduled check-in date and time.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation and will be returned to the original payment method.
If you do not arrive on your check-in date without prior notification, this will be treated as a cancellation on the day of arrival (25% fee).
If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
In case of extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, etc.), cancellation fees may be waived at management's discretion.
